In Additional to our FREE home sight test we provide enhanced services:

Repair and replacement
We provide with a FREE repair and replacement plus aftercare in all our products ensuring damaged lost eye care products are replaced efficiently and on time without burden on staff / carer or service user / resident.

Diabetic screening
All diabetic patients require annual screening at the screening center which is not possible in majority of cases due to a patients / care home capacity to make arrangements, We provide this service ensuring equal duty of care is fulfilled to all service users even those least able or cooperative.

Expert eye care advice
Common eye problems and treatments available on hand without the need to go via the GP providing a immediate and efficient solution to most common eye problem when other eye care providers would refer to a GP. All our products are preservative free and provide natural and allergy free recovery.

Fast track cataract referrals
We work directly with the hospitals to provide direct referral pathway for all ophthalmic referrals (treatment/operations) with first appointment in approx 10 days when other providers would go via GP which could take up to 3 to 6 months.

Staff Training 
Our Team would provide training in eye care awareness which will increase awareness for staff to notify us on key eye problems which may on most occasion be over looked , also providing the best way to liaise with the patients with vision problem or sight loss.

Visit on demand
We can provide a turnaround time of 48 hours that's unbelievable most providers will visit once a year , we can visit on demand to ensure all patients eye care is up to date as per CQC guidelines.

We have a store unlike other providers thus we have professionals on hand to deal with enquiries weekdays and weekend when other provider are tele-sales based.
